Managing your Subscriptions/Membership Centre
A guide to using your subscriptions/membership area and managing your subscriptions

Login to the site via the login gateway or try to access a part of the site that a login is required for. Enter your username and password. Click in the box to be remembered and automatically logged in if you are not using a shared or public device.

Using the Login link displayed on the website or if you try to access part of the site that requires you to subscribed and logged in will bring you to the login page. If you have selected to be remembered you will be logged in automatically and will be able to access the site at will. The system uses cookies and requires you to login again after 60 days.

The membership software has shared login tracking built in and once the threshold for the sharing of login accounts has been triggered the account is automatically locked by the system.

Access the different areas of your Subscriptions/Membership Centre via the Tabs provided.

On the main page of your Subscriptions/Membership page you can see details of when your active subscription/s run until, a list of resources you have access to and links to the help guides.

If you don't have an active subscription you will still be able to access the member area to add a subscription but you will only be able to access public areas of the site.

The Add/Renew Subscriptions area is where you manage your subscriptions. It is the same page used when initially taking out a subscription and can be used to add to or renew your subscriptions as required. Subscribers by cheque wishing to renew this subscription by cheque should FOLLOW THIS LINK.

You can add/top up subscriptions to your account at any time, they are bolted on to the end of the current active subscription providing you are topping up the same tariff. For example, if you had a three month subscription that had two weeks remaining you can purchase another three months subscription which will start when the current subscription expires.

If changing to a different tariff please do this at or around the time that your current tariff is to expire as the new tariff and subscription period will start immediately and run alongside your existing tariff.

In the Payments History area you can see a record of what payments you have made electronically. After making a payment via PayPal or via the WorldPay gateway a record of your transaction is added to the list. Manually added payments, such as subscription by cheque do not show on this list.

You can change your account details in your edit profile area. If you wish to change your email address or password.
